Return and Refund Policy

At Urban Treasure Box, every item is made just for you, so please choose sizes and designs carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us at support@urbantreasurebox.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Wrong Size or Change of Mind each item is custom-printed, we don't accept returns or exchanges for wrong size ordered or simple change of mind. Please check our size chart carefully before purchasing.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery

 window, reach out to us and we'll track it down or send a replacement.

Order Cancellations Since production starts quickly after checkout, cancellation requests can only be honored within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact us right away at support@urbantreasurebox.com if you need to cancel.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
